Bite Size Tips for Creating the Perfect Menu!


Imagine selecting the perfect menu for your event, so your guests thoroughly enjoy the food, and it leaves a fond memory of the whole experience.

Sounds good, right?!?!

That is absolutely possible and better yet it's easy to obtain.

Before you consider any tasty option you first need to identify what meal are you providing to the guests:

  • Breakfast Lunch

  • Cocktail Reception

  • Dinner (plated, buffet or family style)

  • Snack break

Here are 5 tips to help you select the menu items that your guests will be sure to love.

  • Know your guest profile (think meat and potatoes crowd versus more health conscience attendees).

  • Provide menu choices (steak, chicken, fish, vegetarian).

  • Anticipate special needs (gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, or any allergies).

  • Select seasonal options if possible (artichoke, asparagus or peas are a great option right now).

  • Select regional if possible (tacos in San Diego versus beignet in New Orleans).
